Well...today is Wednesday and just got home from seeing my friend, Lori Moon at the hospital. She's doing a little better today and I got to see her eyes open for a bit. We are still praying for a miracle and that God will heal her very quickly. Mackenzie has a cheer banquet on Friday night and her 8th grade dance on Saturday night. I will be going to order her flowers tonight or tomorrow. We'll get her nails done tomorrow after school. I'm sure she feels such a void without her momma.
Bryce had a baseball game yesterday and they won 11-10. Wooohooo! It was a super close game. Of course we played Kevin Satterwhite's team (the Red's). I hate competing against family, but I suppose it's okay. He went to the Museum of Natural Science on a field trip today and has practice tonight. Well....I just heard thunder. Will we get some rain? It's been so long since it's rained....everyone is begging for rain. So, we'll see if he gets to practice tonight or not.
Brennan is on his 3rd night of driver's ed. I cannot believe my sweet boy (excuse me...young man) is getting ready to be 15 and drive. Oh my goodness! Lord, please slow down the time. I'm praying for great success as he ends his freshman year of high school and that he will shine. I pray that the coaches find favor in him and that he is a mighty warrior for Christ.
That's my confessions for today. I'm collecting gift cards to make a basket for the Moon Family. The next few days will be a little busy....but I want to learn to work as unto the Lord by helping my friends. Not for my glory...but His glory.
